P.S "Get yourself some Hekka good Burger Buns"

Prep time 15 minutes
Cook time 15 minutes for a batch of 4 on a Tava/grill
Recipe Source Naz's Kitchen Fiesta
Recipe yields 4 Xlarge Burger Patties

1 pound of lean beef
1 teaspoon salt
1tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 tablespoon tandoori masala
1 cup of bread crumbs (any brand i used Progresso)
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
4 burger buns and Toppings of your choice lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and cheese..

For the sauce i used Mayonaise, ketchup, and Mustard mixed together.

You can also grill these yummy Burgers,  but i used a Tava on the stove instead

In a large mixing bowl add your beef make sure its completely dry.
Add your salt, black pepper, paprika powder, tandoori masala, barbecue sauce, garlic and bread crumbs.
Mix all the ingredients together using your clean hands.
and let sit in a covered bowl, for about 20 minutes (just so everything sets together)
Heat your Tava or grill and assemble your patties.
Cover your tava with a lid so they get cooked well from the insides.
Let cook about 15 minutes all together or until you see the patties are not pink or leaving water..

Then the fun part.....
Assemble the Cheese Burgers..with your favorite toppings
I like to place a slice of cheese on the Patties when I'm about to take them off the Tava..
For a Mouthwatering Cheesy taste!! Dynamite.......

Enjoy!! until next time Naz
