-4 ingredient smoothie-
Makes 2 glasses
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
2-3 cups of skim milk (or almond milk)
1 large banana (browned)
Zero calorie sweetener(optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Method: throw everything in the blender and blend for 2 minutes on high speed.
Enjoy.. and get ready to feel amazing, and full of energy all day long.
