My favorite Fiesta Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing


Hi Friends todays recipe im sharing is for My favorite fiesta Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing...
The dressing is so good, and its homemade so you know exactly whats in it, and it has nothing artificial in it.. I love to have the Dressing on top of IceBerg Lettuce,  baby carrots, pickles, olives, waxed peppers, and ofcourse garlic croutons...:) yum....Mouthwaters!!!!

This would also be a great salad, for potlucks, and busy weekends. You can even shred some leftover chicken in it for more taste and flavor to enjoy for lunch..

Prep time 10 minutes
Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients for the Homemade Dressing:
 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Ingredients for the salad I used:
Ice berg lettuce
olives
baby carrots
pickles
waxed peppers
Garlic Croutons


Method:
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl using a fork or whisk.. you can add more salt, and pepper if desired. To make a thinner consistency just add more buttermilk.
Cut your salad and all of the above ingredients then drizzle it with your homemade ranch...
and Enjoy with your loved ones.
