7 Layer Mouthwatering Chaat

Today I made the most yummiest, mouthwatering Chaat Ever!! My friends, and family went crazy after it, and it was so much fun making it, and preparing it for Iftari... I made layers of the Chaat,
using 7 layers, and chilled it for up to 4 hours before serving it..You guys are going to love this and hope you can try making it this Ramadan. Would Taste and look Extremely good For Iftari, Potlucks....

Prep time 15-20 minutes
Servings 4-61
Recipe Source Naz's Kitchen Fiesta

 Note: I have a big family, and do like to have extras so if you think this seems to much for you, just split the recipe..

1 large quart of yogurt about 4-6 cups
1 xlarge red onion
4 medium sized tomatoes
4 potatoes boiled, peeled, diced
2 cans of garbanzo beans about 4 cups
cilantro for garnishing
1 green chili, minced
chaat masala
salt according to taste
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a large mixing bowl add your yogurt, salt, and lemon juice, mix well and place to aside.
(if you think your yogurt is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of milk, or buttermilk)

In a separate garinishing bowl add start layering your chaat, kind of like Biryani....

Start with the bottom, and work your way up, using one layer at a time, and then covering every layer with the salted, yogurt.
Sprinkle each layer with yummy Chaat masala

Work your way up all the yummy layers
Your friends and family, are going to get a kick out of this one...
Would look, and taste extra special for IFtari Potlucks...
 Don't forget to sprinkle with loads of Chaat masala (mouthwaters)

Your 7 layer chaat should be ready to be Chilled...

Eat it alone, or serve with Yummy Biryani, or Samosas, and Pakoras
