Recipe source Nazs kitchen Fiesta

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon salt or according to taste
1 tablespoon Tandoori, or Tikka masala
1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon
1 Tablespoon Crushed ginger and garlic paste
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup of greek yogurt (or any brand)
1 teaspoon onion powder

For the  Oatmeal topping
Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal (gently crushed not too small)
1 cup white all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt or according to taste
1 teaspoon paprika powder

Method:
Wash and pat dry your chicken pieces, Then add all the above ingredients, salt, pepper, tandoori masala, yogurt, ginger garlic ,  oil and lemon juice. mix using your hands or a spoon and place to a side for about 15 minutes

Here's the oatmeal I used...

In a separate large mixing bowl add your ingredient for the topping. Oatmeal, salt, pepper , and Flour Mix it up with your hands and crunch the oatmeal gently with your palms. Making sure its not to small... In the mean time  Heat your cooking oil  I used a non stick frying pan.

Now get one individual piece of chicken and mix it around in the oatmeal mix and firmly press the pieces in the mixture so they get a whole lot of oatmeal on them...

Gently place in your heated oil, and don't stir them until you see the color has slightly changed.
Fry the yummy morsels of goodness for about 8-10 minutes on medium flame . Then remove and place on a napkin or paper towel to remove access oil...

Enjoy hot, or cold with your favorite Dips and salads, you can even use them in Tacos or Fajitas Plus you can cut them up into little pieces and use them to toss into Salads

But Beware Because these Baby's will be gone in no time!!!!!!
