Salaam, guys sorry for my long gone blogging break I took, with out letting you all even know...MISSED YOU GUYS!!!!! Just recovering from a stomach flu... and couldn't think of anything else yummier than some Chewy ooeey gooey Hersheys Chocolate brownies... ( Ive been craving so many sweets, I even whipped up a batch of my Snicker Chewy Chunk Cookies) The recipe is so simple, and calls for just few pantry ingredients, yet their so chocolaty, soft, and moist.. You can use a chocolate topping of your choice, or just sprinkle them with some nuts like I did... The chewy Tray of brownies on my kitchen table were gone in

Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking time 18-25 minutes
oven 350 on middle rack in your oven

1 2/3 cups of Granulated Sugar
3/4 cups (1 1/2) sticks of butter or margarine melted
2 tablespoons water
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hersheys Cocoa (or any good brand nestle, Cadbury etc..)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup of chopped nuts, or powdered sugar for topping
Preheat your oven to 350 Grease a 13/9 inch baking pan.
Combine sugar, butter and water in a large bowl.
Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Stir into sugar mixture.
Spread into prepared baking pan, sprinkle with nuts
Bake for 18-25 minutes (watching carefully because all ovens are not the same)
until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
and cut into squares.
