anyways*** Todays recipe is for mouthwatering Chicken Cheese Burger Patties. I make these about once a week., because the kids love them, not adding my hubby and I that are huge fans... For these particular patties I even made
I like to use chicken in the patties for the kids, because its healthier and theres no fat, and their so easy and simple to make.. It only takes a few minutes to get everything together, and cooking if you have the Chicken beef, mince ready...
Tastes extra good with homemade potato chips, French fries, or my Famous Ramadan Dip
use any accommodation's of your choice...
Did I forget to say that these burger patties, are great for freezing.. Just cook on both sides, let cool and freeze in a tight container, or Ziploc bag upto 2 months..Thaw, heat and serve... your kids will love ya!!

Makes 8 large patties
Recipe source Naz's Kitchen Fiesta
1 kilo 2 pounds of Chicken Mince, or beef ( if you don't have any place 2 large chicken breast in a food processor and process for about 5 minutes)
1 large onion
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 cup of all purpose flour (maida
1/2 cup of gram flour (besan flour)
16 burger buns slit in half
Toppings of your choice
bell capsicum peppers
Add everything along with your mince in a food processor and Mix for about 2 minutes. Everything should be so nice and mince..
Crack in your egg, and pour in the white, and besan flour, Mix using a wooden spoon, or your clean hands... Mix until everything is nice and mushy..
The prepared mixture should look like this!
Now heat, a skillet, Tava, or nonstick frying pan. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and cook on medium flame for about 2-4 minutes on each side, Pressing them down with a spatula after a couple of minutes while their cooking.
Place on a paper towel to absorb oil, and repeat with other patties.
Heat your oven to Medium broiler, and broil your burger buns for about 1-2 minutes (making sure they don't burn) Then take them out, and place your patties with a slice of mozzarella, or your favorite cheddar cheese on top, and broil again for about 1 minute.. ( I usually don't even move from my oven at this time)
Now the fun part, add the toppings of your choice, ( I used fresh and crispy fresh toppings)
and enjoy with your loved ones....
