How to make Perfect Crunchy Pakora Burgers

A perfect appetizing, snack lunch or you can have them for dinner like me... I love pakoras! I could have them every single day and not get tired of them.. because their so spicy, crunchy and appetizing.
. I usually make them with anything I can find like my Oh so yummy Chicken pakoras or even my Gobi Cauliflower Pakoras.. This time I made them in burgers.. Yes looking at the pic  I'm sure you can tell how super di duper, and tasty they look!! I used my simple easy recipe for the pakoras, and then I stuffed the burger buns with fresh salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, capsicum peppers, and the spicy pakoras!! this is a perfect recipe for a quick instant lunch your friends and family will love.. Give it a try its something different.. and Eat Happy!!! :)

Prep time 15 minutes
cook time 15 minutes
servings about 2 dozen pakoras (or more or less according to how big you make them)
Recipe source Naz's Kitchen Fiesta

1 large onion
3 medium sized tomatoes
2 green chili peppers
1 cup of cilantro
1 cup green onions
2 small potatoes
1 teaspoon salt (or according to your taste)
1 teaspoon red pepprika pepper
1 teaspoon crushed coriander
1 cup gram (besan) flour
1 cup corn flour (makkai ka atta)
Oil for frying

6 burger buns
tomatoes, onions, cucumbers or anything you desire for the inside of the burger

Cut and chop all of the above ingredients. Put them in a bowl and salt, pepper, coriander, gram flour, and corn flour and mix together to perform a thick paste.. add in a few table spoons of water to make the paste a little bit thinner if necessary.
Mix all the ingredients together for about 2 minutes mushing them using your hand or a spoon..
Heat your oil, once the oil is hot add in your pakoras and cook on both sides for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Drain on a paper towel to absorb the oil..
On a tava or skillet heat your burger buns on each side with a dash of oil. Add your ketchup and mayonnaise
The Mayonnaise on the top of the burger bun and the ketchup on the bottom will hold help everything stay in place
Now add a whole bunch of your Spicy Pakoras and toppings
and Walaa!!! you have a perfect Burger to Grubb on!! :)
So different so satisfying!!
