Spicy Tuna Stir Fry

My mom use to make This Tuna Stir Fry for us when we were kids.. and now its a favorite in my family.. I love Tuna SO I can have this everyday,  My hubby loves it, and the kids are so, and so with it... They would go more for Home Made Pizza or Spaghetti and Meatballs..

This yummy Tuna is Stir fried in onion tomatoes, green chilis, and spices, then topped with fresh green Cilantro and served with hot Naan, chappatis, or even Boiled White Rice.. The Taste is so Exotic, spicy and different.. Seafood Lovers the next time you want to try something different with all that tuna, that's laying around in your pantry! Go for Spicy Tuna Stir Fry!! Im sure you will enjoy it..

Prep time 6-8 minutes
Cook time 15 minutes

Servings for 2-4

2 cans of Tuna
1 medium sized onion diced
1 large tomato diced, Or 1 can of tomato sauce
1 large green chili pepper diced
1/2 teaspoon salt or according to your taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin
1/2 teaspoon crushed chili pepper (optional if you want it really spicy)
2 tablespoons olive oil
bunch of cilantro washed/cut

Heat your oil In a large cooking pan, add onions stir fry for just about 30 seconds.
add tomatoes, green peppers, salt, pepper, turmeric and stir fry  for about 5 minutes
Add your 2 cans of tuna and cook together for another 6-8 minutes (you can add a little bit of water if desired to make it thinner) add crushed cumin, and cilantro once the tuna starts to release oil remove from oil and enjoy with your favorite Naan or Chappatis..
