Spicy Chicken Mince Pizza

The 5 letter word Pizza in my family, means happy HOUR lol, its like the happiest thing ever!! I love to see the smile on the kids faces, let me not forget to add the happy face my hubby makes.. another lol.. They could have pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner My 8 year old son goes mom, I could have pizza for the rest of my life and not get tired of it.. " I know that's not true" ... The kids like to have Cheese pizza, my hubby loves the vegetarian, and I end up going with the meaty, beefy, chicken ones... My Chicken Mince is so spicy and tasty giving you that mouthful of flavors and aroma on your pizza's. I like to use about 1 pound of chicken breast, and mince it up in my food processor to top 2 large size pizzas.. This pizza is perfect for the weekends, party's,  potlucks or even football games.. Prep time for the mince topping 10 minutes
Cooking time 25-30 minutes

Ingredients
1 lb pound chicken breast mince.. ( you can mince it up in your food processor)
1 large onion chopped
1 large tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes
2 small green chili peppers
1 teaspoon salt or according to taste
1 tablespoon crushed red chili peppers
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds (zeera)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 drop of orange food coloring
1/4 cup of cooking oil

Method
In a cooking pan, add oil once its warm add onions and fry until they become light golden brown
add your chicken mince and mix well with a spoon. Add your crushed ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, food coloring, and black pepper, Cook for about 6-8 minutes.. Now add your tomatoes, green chili peppers and cook again until your mince starts to release oil.. Add your garam masala, and crushed cumin. Your Spicy Chicken Mince is Ready to To top your 2 large pizzas.. If the mince is too much, freeze it in a airtight container upto 2 months just thaw, and its ready to use for later.
