No Fail Quick and Easy Recipe For Chocolate Chip Cookies

I'm calling these Cookies  a No fail quickest recipe ever for Chocolate Chip Cookies.. with that said I mean, These cookies, are so old fashioned, quick, easy, crunchy, and delicious.. and why wouldn't they be, after all I adapted the recipe (again) from my good ol' foodie friend Nisa Homey from Cooking is Easy.. She really makes cooking easy, I've tried a couple of her recipes, and they have never failed me!! The latest one I've tried is my Devils Food Icecream Cake, and  I made a different version out of My Kulfa Ice Cream Cake as well..
Nisa calls these cookies here Ultimate Cookie Recipe.. and believe me, its one of those recipes you'll stick around too, for along time, especially if you have 3 sugar loving active boys!!
So anyways back to the cookies.. I made about 2 batches of these, and surprised the kids. I cant show you the faces they made when they saw them,, I mean really I just went into the kitchen, and after about  45 minutes.. Their were 2 batches made, cooled "ready to munch on"  laying on the kitchen counter for them!! They were gone in just minutes no Seconds!

These yummy sweet treats are made real easy with just regular pantry ingredients.. You can use any kinds of chocolate chips, or chunks you prefer. I used semisweet chocolate chunks. and I also added a handful of nuts.

The brown sugar in the recipe keeps the cookies so nice and soft from the middle, yet their so crispy from the sides, just perfect for dunking.. The actuall baking time is around 18 to 20 minutes depending on your  oven, but you can cook them alittle longer for more crispier crunchier cookies..
So lets Get a Glass of Ice Cold milk, and get ready to Dunk Folks!!!

Prep time 10 minutes
baking time 18-20 minutes
oven temp 350 On the middle rack of your oven
Recipe adapted from Cooking is Easy

Ingredients: Flour: 2 cups plus 2 tbsp.
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp.
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Unsalted butter: 1 1/2 cups (12 tbsp. /1 1/2 sticks), melted and cooled until warm
Brown sugar: 1 cup
Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup.

Vanilla: 2 tsp.

Semi sweet chocolate chips or chunks: 1 -1 1/2 cups.

Method: Heres how I made them!
Grease a baking sheet, or baking tray and preheat your oven.
In a large mixing bowl add your butter, and sugar mix with a hand mixer or electric mixer for about a minute. Add your vanilla, brown sugar, salt and mix together.
In a separate Bowl mix your flour, and baking soda together, add dry mixture to wet ingredients  add your chocolate chips or chunks, and mix together.
Grease you hands and make 1 to 2 inch balls of dough flattening them with your hands and place them on your cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Place in your oven and cook for about 18-20 minutes until their nice and golden brown.
Let the cookies rest on the cooking sheet for about 10-12 minutes. Then gently remove them with a Spatula and let them cool on a wire rack.
Eat warm, and chewy chocolaty, soft, or eat them when they have cooled, Crisp and crunchy...

Tastes great with cold milk, or your favorite cup or Coffee..
