I want to thank each and one of you for visiting, and stopping by my site throughout the year, and for your wonderful comments, and suggestions.. Because if it wasn't up to all of you I wouldn't be here blogging about what I love to share with all of you..**God Bless**

My oh My do I have some yummy, out of this world recipes coming up to share with all of you guys.. "Not such a good New Years resolution huh" lol well I cant help but to cook, or bake something new for my kiddos once every couple of days.. Today I'm sharing a Scrumptious Devils Food Cake. I made this Several  times making sure I love the recipe, and that its a  perfect recipe to share with all of you guys.. "Because you all deserve the best"

This Devils food cake is SO so soft, and Moist just like the cake in the movie Matilda "when Mrs Tranchbol makes the kid finish and  choke on the cake" When I was younger I would dream of that cake for days, when I would watch the movie:)
"I should of named it Mrs Tranchbol's Devils Food Cake"

The Reaction of the Cocoa Powder and baking soda gives Devils food cake its characteristic reddish brown color.
I Used my No cook fudge frosting for the toppings of the cake, and used Red Sugar sprinkles.. To make It look cute and festive..

This Recipe makes 2 9 inch loaf or round pans.. and each loaf gave me about 10 pieces..

This Sweet Yummy bundle of  goodness was finished in no time.. The kids were almost sneaking it away until they finished the whole cake!!:)

Prep time 20 minutes
Cook time 35 minutes
cool 1 hour
Makes 12 servings
Oven 350 degrees
Recipe Source Betty Crocker

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ( I used Hershey's for the best flavor)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs or 2 extra large eggs
1 1/2 cups cold water

Method:
Grease and lightly flour two 9 by 1 1/2 inch round or loaf baking pans, and set aside.
Stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.

In a large mixing bowl beat oil sugar and eggs with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 1 minute add vanilla. beat till well combined.
Add dry mixture and water alternately to beaten mixture, beating on low speed after each addition just till combined. Pour batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool layer cakes on wire racks for 10 minutes.  Remove from pans. Cool thoroughly on wire racks.. And Enjoy with your loved ones...

No cook fudge frosting:
Ingredients:
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ( I prefer to use a good brand like Hershey's)
1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
1/2 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Method:
Note: you can use as much as desired, and keep the rest in a air tight bottle in the refrigerator up to 1 month for more Scrumptious cakes/brownies like my Buttermilk Sheet Cake brownies!!!

Method:
Combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Add butter, boiling water, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed till combined. Beat for another 1 minute on medium speed. Cool for 20 to 30 minutes or till mixture reaches spreading consistency.

This was a picture I took of the Devils Food Cake  a couple of weeks ago, I used the same frosting but topped it with fresh nuts and almonds...

At present, you have the opportunity not only to communicate but also to have
fun in social networks. This is the over simplified model of the game
