Fiesta Creame and Pudding Triffle

OK guys as promised I'm uploading this recipe to share with all of you.... Its almost midnight and I have had such a hecktic day.. but nothings going to stop me from sharing this Heavenly Sweet, creamy pudding triffle with all of you!!!
I like to be creative, and test and try new things especially dessert so this ones defiantly a winner, and I have made it several times already.... The best part is the crunchy cookie crumb texture you get in your mouth while eating the dessert.. Everyone will be asking you for the recipe ones they taste that crunch...

Its layers and layers of broiled buttery crispy cookie crumbs, with layers of vanilla pudding, cream, Fresh bananas, Banana cake, with more cream,  more pudding and more cookie crumbs...
Its not like a typical triffle its way more intense... if your sick of making the same old triffle, and want something different for a get together, weekend party's or potlucks, Then this surely is a mind blowing  crowd pleaser giving you a sweet cookie crunch in every bight..

You can use any kind of cake. Store bought or one that is leftover laying in your refrigerator, or quickly make one, use half and save the rest for later! I used my moist banana cake, click HERE for the recipe..
I also added several teaspoons of my homemade butterscotch in my cream, which gave it that extraordinary taste..
So lets have a fiesta today...

Prep time 25-30 minutes
Recipe source Naz's kitchen fiesta
Chill time: 1/2 to 1 hour
Servings 6-8

Ingredients
2 packs of cookies, Or 2 packs of Graham Crackers. I used a cookie called Candi Cookies ( They taste almost like Graham Crackers)
2 boxes vanilla pudding
2 tablespoons butter
1 tub of Whipping cream, or Cool Whip (Nestle Milk pack can also be used)
about 8-10 slices thinly cut up of your favorite flavored cake
3 large fresh bananas
2 large apples
sprinkles, nuts, almonds optional

Method
if you don't have ready made cream, first of all make your cream..
add 1 heaping cup of cream, 2 cups of sugar, 2 teaspoons of butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and I added about 4 tablespoons of butterscotch.. Whip in your food processor, or whipping machine or by hand for about 2-4 minutes.
Or simply used ready made cool whip whipping cream

Preheat your oven on broil

Place the biscuits into a freezer bag and crush using a rolling pin until they're crushed.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low to medium heat.

Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Spoon the mixture into the bottom of a pan and press down to form an even layer.
Place in your oven under the broiler, carefully watching so they don't burn for 6-8 minutes
Remove from broiler once they look like their almost light golden brown.. Let them cool in the pan on a wire rack for about 10-15 minutes

Make your vanilla pudding as advised on the packages, Make sure to make them about 1/4 of a cup runnier ( that means add a little bit more of milk, then as advised to do so on box..

In a large garnishing bowl, or a Pyrex pan, add  half of your cookie crumbs covering the bottom. creme.. now pour a layer of your pudding on top. add thin slices of Fresh homemade cake, bananas, apples and cover with cream, Now add more of the cookie crumb mixture, and pour more vanilla over it covering with more cookie crumb, and the rest of the cream. I even crumbled some of the banana cake .. with  my hand and gently poured it over the cake.. Garnish with nuts, sprinkles, and more of the crumb mixture..  Refrigerate to set and cool up to 1 hour before serving..
Enjoy with your loved ones, and remember me in your prayers :) Love Naz..
