What to do with your kids when Moms in the Kitchen

Today I decided to post about something all of us Mom's, Mum's, Mothers go through when you have toddlers and your  husband wants food on the table by a specific time, and your cooking in the kitchen..

Belive me I have to go through that all the time and I'm sure every women with kids have too. It can be a pain in the head. Sometimes  I will go and  sit my 2 1/2 baby boy Annas to cartoons but that doesn't work all the time he wants to constantly follow me and get into everything So you know what Ive learned from this is too include the child ,at least try to include them in what you do if your baking the can help with the sprinkles, if your cooking tortilla they can help roll out the chappati, and etc..There are lots of ways that kids can help in the kitchen.

This way they learn to bond with you in a special way, they also learn to be much more confident.. At the end let them know that they have done a good job" Annas helped me make chapatis yesterday, and he was so happy about it he couldn't wait to show Daddy the chapatti (tortilla) when it was done.. We were so proud of him So all you Mommas out there go head and get the kids involved.. It will make being in the kitchen much more easier..
Annas when hes all done good job baby

What do you do with your toddler when your busy in the kitchen??? let us know in the comment box.....
