White Hot Chocolate

Im sure many of us  have probably tasted hot chocolate at some point in our life...But could you imagine White Hot Chocolate.... Its tastier creamier and is Super Di Duperly Delcious..Made with just the right ingredients of spices and sweets that will warm your heart on a cold winter day..

 This creamy white chocolate is a favorite in my home.. and I hope this recipe will bring warmth, happiness, and love throughout your family this holiday season...

Prep/Cook time: Start to finish about 15 minutes.
Makes 5 (6 ounce) servings
Naz's Notes:
For a fat free version of this hot chocolate, substitute low fat milk or skim milk for half and half.

3 cups half and half or light cream
2/3 cup white baking pieces or chopped white chocolate baking squares
3 inch stick of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
pinch of ground cinnamon for  

1. In a saucepan combine 1/4 cup of the half and half, baking pieces, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg. Stir over low heat until baking pieces are melted.
2. Add remaining half and half. Cook and stir until heated through. Remove form heat.
Remove the cinnamon. Stir in vanilla and almond extract.  If desired, sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon.
And Enjoy with your loved ones with cookies or Cake around the Fireplace....
