Quickest Simple Recipe for Beef Kabobs/Patties

Beef Kabobs taste great as a appetizer, snack or for any time of the day... Their are several different recipes out their, and everyone has their very own unique way of makeing them... The kabobs are made out of Ground lean beef, onions, tomatoes, peppers, green onions Even spinach and seasonings, and spices... Then their fried until their Crispy brown... You can serve them with salads, chutneys naan, rice or have them in bread, like a sandwich which is my familys  favorite..

Who ever said kabobs are hard to make?? This recipe is so simple and easy yet so satisfying. I have to make my food fast because i have 3 hungry kids pulling me away from the kithen while i cook.

The kabobs are especially delicious in the winter, On a cold rainy day.. My husband and I were fasting today... SO I thought of making some. We had the kabobs with Biryani and they were scrumptious...  Heres the quick and simple recipe.. Hope you enjoy..

1 pound lean ground beef
4 green onions ( if you don't have green onions use 2 medium red or white onions minced)
4 medium tomatoes minced
2 green chilis minced
fresh cilantro 1 cup
Spinach  1 cup (optional)
3/4 of a cup of white all purpose flour
1 egg
2 table spoons corn flour
1 tablespoon red chili powder/ or crushed flakes
1 teaspoon salt (or according to your diet/taste)
1 tablespoon crushed cumin
1 tablespoon crushed coriander

Method:

1.Mince all of your fresh ingredients, add your beef, and mix using your hands for about 1 minute squeezing hard to make all the ingredients mushy  and soft..
2. Add your salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, egg, and flour MIX again using your hands for about a good 2 minutes..  The Mixture should be soft and sticking to your hands..
3. Heat oil in a nonstick wok or pan make sure you heat the oil properly you don't want to place the kabobs in cold oil otherwise they will fall apart, and you don't want the oil too hot otherwise they will cook quickly from the outside and stay RAW from the inside.. Put a little ball of flour into the oil If that rises to the top evenly that means your oil is ready..
4.Wet your hands and make a kabob the size of your palm aoout 1/2 a inch wide and gently place in the oil... DONT move the kabob for about 30 seconds ( some people are always in a hurry to turn them and end up breaking the patties) Once you see it has come to the top and is slightly changing colors turn the side..Fry on both sides until the kabobs are crispy brown..
5. Serve Hot and warm as a side dish with any of your favorite rice, currys or chappatis...

I hope that this receipe will be helpful for you. If you have any questions comments or suggestions I would love to hear them..
