I'm sure everyone that loves Chinese food, has had the regular egg fried rice!
Well it gets even better! because I make Beef and egg fried Rice..... So explosively delicious.. Bringing even more flavors and seasonings using the BEEF..
A very quick, and convenient Oriental Rice Meal made in no time, that the whole family can enjoy..
Heres my quick Recipe
prep time 15 minutes
cook time total about 45 minutes including the rice.
stove top cooking
Servings for 4
2 cups rice
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chinese salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red chili sauce
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 large egg or 2 small eggs
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup green onions
1 cup green capsicum peppers
1/4 cup of soy sauce
First start of with your rice. Add about 6 cups of water in a pot or vesel, add salt according to your taste
with 1 teaspoon of chinese salt and one teaspoon of oil. once water comes to a boil add
your rice, and cook for about 12 to 14 minutes, once you see the rice is half way done,not completly done
halfway remove from heat immediatly, strain in a strainer and put to aside.
Using a nonstick or any frying pan, add your oil, beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, stir fry for about 6-8 minutes
In the same frying pan , push the beef to aside, and break in your egg, you can addd a pinch of turmeric on the egg if you want a more yellow color.
Scramble the eggs, cooking on medium flame
Now add your green onions, bell peppers, carrots, chili sauce and soy sauce mix together for about6-8 minutes and add your boiled rice, mix the Rice together, add a few more strokes of soy sauce. Cover with a tight lid so the rice can get evenly steamed, and heated through, have the flame on very low for about 15 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes, or chutneys and Sauces.
