Spaghetti and Meatballs step by step with Pictures

Hi guys Hope you all had a great weekend! I sure did, the boys were off school So you know what that means... The house was completely turned upside down! Everyplace I cleaned was a wreck after a few minutes because they couldn't get over wrestling with each other. "I'm sure all of you that have boys know what I'm talking about lol".

Anyways getting back to the food part, It was almost lunch time and I wanted to cook a nice, and hardy meal for the kids since they were eagerly waiting for something special.. So first I thought hamburgers, then meatloaf, and then finally I ended up cooking Spaghetti with Meatballs.
The lunch tasted absolutely delicious, the kids were so excited they loved it.. It was so easy I prepared the Meatballs in just a few simple steps, first I boiled the spaghetti, strained it and put it to the side.. Then I prepared the Meatballs and  fried them( I don't get along with raw meat or poultry), next I cooked the beef, added the sauce to it, and Walla.. A fantastic Sunday lunch made in no time..
So heres my quick recipe hope your family will enjoy it as much as mines did..

prep time 15 min
cook time 30 min
stove top cooking
Ingredients: Serves 4-6 hungry people
1 lb spaghetti noodles
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cooking oil

1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Oil for frying meatballs
1 cup of water

2 cups of Spaghetti Sauce, or pizza sauce
you can use any store bought sauce, or if you would like the recipe for my homemade sauce click HERE

Method:
Notes: You will need a food processor To mince everything real small.

First Boil your Spaghetti according to package, add 1 tsp of salt, and oil, let it boil strain and put to aside.

In a food processor put in your beef, onion  and garlic,
mix, on high speed for about 1 min so everything is mixed and mince.

Put the meat in a bowl, and half into two places, you will fry half, and cook the other half

Get one of the half , and add salt, chili pepper, the egg, and the all purpose flour. Mix using your hands for about 1 min.

Heat oil in a frying pan,  once the oil is almost hot and ready, make 1 to 2 inch meatballs wetting your hands, and place then in the oil very gently.
( the mixture will be soft, don't mix when you place them in the oil immediately wait about 30 seconds)
Do the same for all of the mixture once their done, place them on a paper towel to absorb oil.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add the other half of the mixture.
Add salt, pepper, black pepper, and tomatoes, mix cover and cook for 15 min.

Once you see the beef mixture tuning nice and red, pour in you sauce.
Stir and cook for about 10 min.

Now add in the meatballs, stir and pour in the 1 cup of water, Cover and cook until it simmers
on low flame.

Remove from flame, once you have a nice and thick consistency of the beef, and sauce.

Garnish and enjoy, with warm bread, rolls. If you would like to try my soft Butter Horns that taste so soft and yummy with noodles or pasta click the HERE
