I love burgers, hamburgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, sandwiches, the list can go on forever!!
So today I made some of my famous beef Pattie Burgers, That were so lip smacking good.
You don't need to go out and barbeque, you can cook or grill them straight on your stove top
and you still get the mouthwatering spicy, exotic taste every time.
With a side dish of sauted veggies, to go into your burger/sandwich or to eat with a fork on the side.
That are so raw, yet juicy, crispy and fullfilling.. These Patties are Great for fiestas party's get together's or you
can use the recipe for barbequing ( make sure to line the grill with foil).. and Have Fun..
Prep time:20 minutes
cook time: about 8-10 minutes for a batch of four

Ingredients: Servings For 10 Beef Patties
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 table spoons garlic powder
2 table spoon onion powder
2 table spoons grounded black pepper
1 table spoon salt (or according to taste)
1/4 cup of barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon of red chili powder for taste(optional, i like my food hot and spicy)
1 teaspoon Chinese salt
1 cup of crushed bread crumbs
1 large slice of bread
Oil and skillet, or tava for shallow frying, (or you can use a nonstick cooking Spray)
For the sauted veggies:
2 medium sized zucchini washed and cut
2 medium sized onions
2 bell peppers
For the garnishing:
10 hamburger buns
Naz's Ramadan Dip( the yummiest juiceiest dip ever)
Step by Step Method:
In a large mixing bowl add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, Chinese salt, barbeque sauce, eggs, chili pepper, egg bread crumbs, and slice of bread. Mix everything together with your hands, Mushing it good so the bread including all the other ingredients will be nicely mixed. Put to aside
If your out of bread crumbs or don't have them on hand.. Don't Panic" get 4 slices of bread and put them 3,4 inches from your broiler in your oven, or you can use a toaster oven, and toast them well until they become coarse, and crispy..
Wash and Cut your veggies, I like to cut them round but, you can slice them as well.
Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
This is the skillet I used to make the patties.. My sister bought it for me as a gift from Target.. You can find one in any general store like Walmart etc. Or just use a simple tava if you don't have one.
Grease your Tava or skillet, with oil, or cooking spray. Make a Pattie 1 inch tall and 3 inches wide. and shallow fry the patties on each side for about 5 minutes..
when there nearly cooked, brush barbeque sauce on both sides gently using a pastry brush.

Once the patties are done. In the same cooking oil place your veggies in the skillet, and cook for just about 3-5 minutes stirring occasionaly..
Now assemble your bread, or your buns, add some of my Ramadan Dip ( or any mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup you preffer) add the sauted veggies, a slice of cheese, and ENJOY.......
