Healthy Vegetable Recipe for your Diet


Eating Healthy Vegetables when your on a diet or just when you want to eat healthy..Is a great choice Its good for your body. Vegetables are an important part of  a diet. The best thing about this wonderful recipe is that the veggies taste so delicious because there basically sauted not over cooked there just at peak flavor, bringing in all the flavors of each and every vegetable. I thought of this recipe a couple of months ago when I was on my low carb diet. It was tried, and tested by my family and they thought it was delicious.. Especially when you have some white rice, and some soy sauce to go with it. But I just use a fork and eat it alone. So hear is the quick recipe

Ingredients serving for 2-4

1 tsp  olive oil or cooking spray
1 big onion sliced
2 tomatoes sliced
2 bell peppers sliced
1 zucchini sliced
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Chinese salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Non Stick frying Pan

Method:
Put the oil in your nonstick frying pan, and add the onion
Fry the onion until it becomes nice and light golden brown
Now add the veggies, salt, and pepper
Stirring occasionally cover with a lid and cook on med flame for 10 min
Now remove from pan and garnish in your plate or bowl
Serve hot eat with a fork or serve with white rice and soy sauce
