Karahi Ghosht is a simple traditional recipe which is easy to cook and delicious to eat. Tender beef,chicken,or mutton pieces in onion and tomato with a touch of ginger and chilies, to make a perfect dinner recipe
1 kilo /2.2 pounds meat sliced.
1/4 cup of oil
4 green chilies
1 table spoon ginger
1 table spoon garlic
2 cups of yogurt
1 tea spoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon of termericcilantro for garnishing
1 box of karahi gosht masala
First of all cut your meat,chicken,or mutton wash and put in a bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt, ginger,salt garlic,termeric,red pepper, and karahi ghosht masala
Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate for 1 hour
With marinating your meat its moist and more tastier
Now in a karahi,add oil throw in the onions and fry until light golden brown
then add the marinated meat cook for 20-25 min on medium flame. Add in your tomatoes"not diced" cut them roundyour chili peppers,and the yogurt cook for another 15 mins ,
until it becomes nice and tender.When the gravy starts releasing oil, take it off from flame.
Garnish with cilantro and green peppers
Serve with Naan or Tortillas
