Naz's Tips on Planning a Menu

As Women striving to serve our families better, meal planning is a wonderful strategy to help us provide a healthy, home-cooked meal with the awesome added benefit of saving time, money and stress!
We are busy moms who love to cook, and want to feed our families healthy, delicious food.
Creating weekly menus decreases the stress of figuring out what to make for dinner when everyone's already tired and hungry, it  makes cooking dinner more enjoyable, and allows us to keep what our families are eating relatively healthy by decreasing all that processed food, fast food, and take out...
So what I do is check my refrigerator, and pantry see what i have available, make a menu chart and i list breakfast, lunch, snack ,and dinner, under the columns. Then i  list different meals, that i think will be healthy yet be very tasty for my family to eat.

If you are cooking for your family, I believe the menu should be simple. You want to make sure that the food is balanced, healthy, and delicious. My Menu for my family will include, salad, a vegetable dish, some rice, yogurt  , and naan or bread. The meal may be finished with fruit or very simple dessert.

For my friends and family get together's if my snacks and appetizer's are heavy than i cook my dinner light, and if they are light then i make a big heavy dinner, followed by a big delicious dessert..

When I'm busy running my Arron's,out of the house ,or even doing house work ,i have the piece of mind knowing i have my menu ready to go.. so i just look at it and know whats gonna be cooking.....

So ,you Momma's out there that are alway's stressing about what to cook, should try momma's tips on planning your own menu
