Double Dip Chicken Fry

Today's recipe is to die for if your a chicken lover.. This juicy chicken marinated, in lemon ginger and garlic, coated with bread crumbs, Double dip fried in your favorite oil is going to have you licking your fingers.. If many of you are wondering what double dip means. The chicken is dipped in bread crumb coating twice to give it that extra crunchy taste.Its my favorite recipe I came up with a few years back, and my family, and friends get a kick out of it.. So everyone that wanted the recipe here you are...Naz's quick recipe for Double Dip Fried Chicken. Hope you enjoy..
Ingredients: servings for 4-6
Prep time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min

2 pounds chicken,washed with skin or without cut into pieces
Oil for frying (preferably vegetable oil)
4 lemons squeezed
1 tbs salt
1 tbs red pepper
1 cup yogurt
2 green chili
1 tomato
2 tbs ginger garlic paste, or fresh garlic and ginger

For coating:
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon red chili pepper
1 tea spoon turmeric
strainer to rinse chicken

In a blender add lemon, yogurt, salt, pepper, ginger garlic,chili, and tomato and mix on high for 5 min to perform a paste.
In a bowl add washed,and cut chicken pieces, then apply the paste mix with your hands to get paste evenly around all the pieces.
Sit in your refrigerator for 1 hour
In the mean while, add flour and bread crumbs in a  bowl, add salt, pepper, turmeric and mix well
Now once the chicken is marinated heat oil in frying pan and start coating the chicken.
Coat one chicken piece at a time and put to aside in a separate plate, (This is when the double dip part comes in)
Once you have coated about 10 pieces, put them in a strainer, and gently, put them under water.
having them  wet all over.
Now get the wet pieces and start coating, or dipping  them over in the bread crumb flour mixture.
Fry the chicken pieces on medium flame for about 10 min on each side until they become nice and golden brown.

Serve with fried potatoes, mash potatoes, gravy or rice..
