Chicken Tikka Fajita's "Desi Style"

Fajita is a Delicious Mexican Food.
Very fast and easy to make.Today I will be showing you how to make Fajitas Desi Style.
This means i will be giving it some more zing....with lemons chili pepper and chutney.
My family, and friends go crazy for them, and i hope you will enjoy them as well.

So try it for yourself today...

Ingredients you will need to make 6 fajitas:
4 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1 table spoon olive oil (or any you prefer)
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon yeast (kambeer)
1 1/2 cup warm water (or as required)
Or you can always use self rising flour,it works great as well
For chicken tikka paste:
1 1/2 pound chicken breast
2 table spoon olive oil
1 box tikka masala (any brand)
1 cup yogurt
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon red chili pepper

2 tomatoes

For the salad, you can use any you prefer
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 Bell pepper
1 onion

Start of with mixing your dough. Knead well with warm water, and put aside in a warm area
Now we will make the Chicken Tikka paste. Heat your oil, throw in onion, garlic ginger paste, and fry until light golden brown. Then add the cut chicken, mix and stir for about 5 min.Now add in your tomatoes, salt, pepper, yogurt, and tikka masala. Cover and cook for 15 min.
Now we will cut the salad. Don't chop the salad slice it. you can mix the salad,or put them in separate plates.

For the chutney:
put coriander, chili peper, salt, and yogurt in a blender or food processor and blend for 5 min. then squeeze in your lemons (according to taste)
Now make the fajita tortilla's make 6 round 3 inch balls. Roll them out
heat up your tava or pan,and cook lightly on both sides.
Then Prepare your fajitas.First the tortilla, then the Chicken tikka paste, garnish with some salad, and then your chutney.Fold the bottom less than half way, then fold left, and right side of your tortilla to perform a wrap.
You can enjoy your fajitas, just like that or then you could lightly shallow fry them on a Skilet, Tava, or pan, that way their more soft, and crispy.
Enjoy with Chutney,Salad ,and your favorite drinks.
