Chicken Curry with Potatoes, and Curry Pakora Dumplings

Hey everyone you know when you want to have a couple of Main Dishes when the guest's arrive  Here are some of my  delicious Main Meal Ideas, you can cook them individually or all together like i did. "Believe me you'll be happy you did":)

                                       Ingredints for 8 servings

For the Curry you will need
                                                 1 liter buttermilk
                                               1/4 cup of olive oil
                                               1 table spoon garlic
                                              1 table spoon ginger
                                             1 tea spoon  termeric
                                            1 tea spoon red pepper
                                                     2 tomatoes
                                              1 green chili pepper

                                           For the Chicken Curry
     1 kilo or 2.25 Chicken
1/4 cup of olive oil (vege oil etc)
2 onions
3 tomatoes
2 green chilies
2 green peppers
1 tea spoon red pepper
1 tea spoon termeric
1 tea spoon salt
3 potatoes cut into big pieces
cilantro for garnishing

For the Pakora Dumplings
2 cups of besan flour (chickpea flour)
1 pinch of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of red peppers
Oil to fry
Water to rinse

First we will start with the curry. Mix the buttermilk and the besan flour with a wisk and put to aside.
In a pot or pan add oil then add in the garlic cook until golden brown now add the tomatoes peppers, termeric, and salt cover and cook for 5 min. Then u pour in your wisked  buttermilk and besan flour
keep wisking so it becomes nice and smooth  Cook for 20 minutes and remove from heat.or until the curry starts releasing oil.

For the Chicken curry, add oil to a karahi or pan throw in your diced onions, garlic and ginger cook on low flame until it become golden brown, now add the chicken tomatoes, termeric, chilli peppers, potatoes, and salt.Cover  and cook for another 20  mins. You can add water as needed so the curry dosent burn or stick to the pan
once you see the gravy start releasing oil remove from heat, pour into your desired bowl and garnish with cilantro.

Now for the Pakora Dumplings

In a bowl mix the besan flour, with the baking soda salt, and pepper. Heat oil on medium flame and put the dumplings in one at a time with a table spoon, fry on both sides until they become nice and golden brown, remove and place on a paper towel to absorb access oil
after 5 min put the dumplings in a strainer, and rinse with some water (this is so it dose not absorb all the buttermilk curry otherwise the curry will become too too thick)
now you could add the pakora dumplings in the Curry.
So there it is everyone Buttermilk curry, chicken curry, with pakora dumplings....
Hope you all enjoy..
