Chicken Curry with Chick pea's (Choli) served with Naan


Chicken Chick peas curry:

Ingrendients

1 pound chicken breast
2 cups garbanzo beans 
1 Tomato
1 onion
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons oil ( I prefer Olive oil)
1 green chili
salt to taste
red paprika to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
powder garam masala optional
1 cup water

Directions:

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
heat up cooking pan and add in oil. Next add the minced onion into oil and brown not to brown (light brown) then you will add in tomato, garlic, and green chili once onion is brown. Also add in the turmeric, paprika. Simmer on low heat for just about 5 mins (if it starts to stick add a little water:
Now you will add the chicken, Cook chicken in the simmer sauce for about 10-12 mins if it sticks just keep adding a little water. Finally we will add our Chick peas (garbanzos) and cook another 7 mins. Then you will add 1  cup water cover and simmer for about 4 mins take off heat and  garnish with your powdered Garam masala cilantro etc its optional and enjoy with some naan or plain rice:
