Aloo Pakoras with Chutney

Aloo Pakoras With Chutney
This is a very,appetizing cooling snack and can be prepared in just minutes..
for this recipe you will need
Servings for 4
4 potatoes (red or brown)
2 cups besan flour(gram flour)
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon termeric
1tea spoon red chili powder
oil for frying (vegetable olive oil etc)
silantro for garnishing
and some water for the mixture.

For the chutney you will need
2 cups yougrt
1 tomato
1 clove of garlic
1 green chili pepper
and a blender

Now you can have the potatoes peeled or unpeeled,cut long ways or round,
once cut soak in water and place aside.
now make mixture(paste)add in besan flour and all the ingredients except the cilantro.
heat oil in frying pan, when oil is hot, dip potatoes into the besan paste on at a time , fry pakoras until they get nice and golden on cookie sheet to absorb access oil..garnish with cilantro,and serve with ketchup or chutney.

For the Chutney
add all the ingredients in a blender , and blend for 1 min sprinkle with salt and serve with your delicious aloo pakoras.....
